1) The Procedure of Coach Reservation
- Please consider the event date/time/number of people/itinerary
- Request quotation from Hang Po
- Hang Po will provide written quotation in return
- Send back the written confirmation for valid reservation
- For corporate users, please provide the company full name and address of the institution/company for reservation; for personal users, deposit (50% of the full amount) is needed for reservation. The balance needed to be settled two days before booking date.
- Car plate and driver’s details will be notified one days before the booking date by Fax/ Telephone/ Email/ SMS/ WhatsApp.

3) Payment procedures and methods
Customers can choose the following methods of payment:

Once you completed your payment, please confirm your payment by sending your payment slip (eg. Bank transfer slip) via e-mail / WhatsApp / Fax no. 3126 9186. Receipt will be issued by our Accounting Department after receiving payment.
4) What is the maximum free waiting time for booked coaches?
Due to the limited supply of local coaches, coupled with a high demand of customers, the schedule of our fleet is quite intensive. To ensure the level of punctuality, we are sorry that a waiting fee of $300 / hour per bus will be charged if your actual departure time exceeds the original booking time by 15 minutes.
5) Is it possible to change the booking details/ itinerary after confirmation?
Yes. Customer can notify us about the change of booking at least 5 working days (Mon to Fri) before the booking date.
6) Under what circumstances can an order be cancelled?
- Customers can cancel the booking at least 5 working days (Mon to Fri) before the booking date. We are sorry that a fee of 50% of the order fee may be charged if the notification period is less than 5 working days.
- The No. 8 typhoon signal/ the Red rainstorm warning signal or above hoisted by The Observatory before the booking time on the booking date.
- Or our company clearly states the requirements in the quotation, clearly indicating the circumstances under which the vehicle can be cancelled, and reaches a consensus with the customer;
- Or the customer makes a request when booking the vehicle, clearly indicating the circumstances under which the vehicle can be cancelled, and reaches a consensus with Hang Po.

- The application time provided above is the minimum number of days required by each department. Since there is quota for the number of restricted area permits, We highly suggested that customers proceeded to application as soon as possible after booking confirmation, in order to secure the entry approval.
