This year, we integrate business with social responsibility by introducing accessible tour buses and 7-seater vehicles to our fleet. This initiative provides wheelchair users and senior citizens with safer and more comfortable mobility. Hang Po Travel not only arranges accessible transport in Hong Kong, but also allows reservations for mainland welfare vehicles (福祉車), making barrier-free travel a reality.

As trusted partners, we provide legal, safe, and dedicated vehicles for wheelchair users and seniors traveling, ensuring a smooth and peaceful journey.
Mainland Transportation Partner Hang Po partners with Shenzhen-Hong Kong Taxi Co., Ltd. to assist passengers in booking accessible vehicles. As a state-owned enterprise with official operational qualifications, Shenzhen-Hong Kong Taxi has operated accessible taxis in Shenzhen for over six years. Supported by the Public Hygiene and Health Commission of Shenzhen Municipality and the Transport Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality, its vehicle specs and licenses fully comply with regulations to guarantee passenger safety.

Local Accessible Coach
Visually similar to standard 28-seater minibuses, this model features modified door designs with electric steps to ease access for mobility-impaired or elderly passengers. The rear includes an electric wheelchair lift operated directly by the driver. The bus seats 19 standard passengers and 3 wheelchair users. Each wheelchair position includes 3 dedicated safety belts to secure the wheelchair firmly during transit.
Local Accessible 7-Seater
Offering standard 7-seater dimensions, we provide flexible seating layouts: 4 standard seats + 1 wheelchair position, or 2 standard seats + 2 wheelchair positions. Standard passengers enter through the side doors, while wheelchair access is at the rear via a movable ramp operated by the driver. All positions feature safety belts and wheelchair tie-downs secured by the driver before departure.
Mainland Accessible Minibus
Mainland accessible bus offers 4 standard seats and 3 to 4 wheelchair spaces. Similar in size to commercial minibuses on the market, both wheelchair users and passengers board through the side doors. The front half of the cabin is dedicated to wheelchair spaces, while standard passenger seating is located in the rear. All seats are equipped with seat belts, and our drivers are highly experienced in assisting passengers with boarding and alightment.
Mainland Accessible Welfare Vehicle [7-seater]
Our cross-border welfare vehicle fleet utilizes the BYD M3 model, configured for 3 standard passengers and 1 wheelchair user (1 standard seat next to the driver, 2 in the middle, and 1 wheelchair space at the rear). Vehicles are equipped with an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
The middle passenger seat features an electric swivel-and-lift mechanism operated by the driver, extending the seat outside the vehicle so passengers can sit down without stepping up into the cabin. Drivers assist with boarding, and seats feature side handrails, safety restraints, and cup holders for a comfortable ride.
Rental Models and Booking Details
Accessible vehicles in both Hong Kong and the mainland are available for single-trip, round-trip, or hourly rental, flexible to your needs. Due to growing demand, we recommend booking at least seven working days in advance to secure a vehicle and plan your trip smoothly.
